Grāma ādālatēra subidhāsamūha 24 / 5,000 Village Court Facilities

Both civil and criminal disputes up to three lakh taka are settled in the village court.

Disputes are settled in the village court in a short time, at low cost and very easily.

Both the applicant and the respondent can appoint a judge of their choice.

Since the evidence is at hand, the applicant and the respondent cannot easily hide anything.

Due to quick settlement, there is less possibility of one dispute creating another dispute.

Since the dispute is settled through amicable settlement in the village court, the relationship between the applicant and the respondent is maintained.

Justice is available for a fee of 10/- for a criminal case and 20/- for a civil case.

Appointment of lawyers is prohibited in the village court
